Egg Sandwich for breakfast:

This is another super healthy 5 min cooking recipe.

Ingredients:

2 slice of bread

Cooking oil

2 eggs

Salt as required.

Preparing:

I use non-sticky pan so I can use less amount of oil. I heat the pan, sprayed cooking oil and keep at medium temperature

Pour blended egg in pan and keep it till no visible liquid egg is remaining.

Use salt as required

Just make a sandwich with using 2 slice of bread.

Food value:

This meal is around 300 calories.

Alternate option:

You may use 2 medium sized chapati if you don’t like bread. Calory level will be similar.

You may make sunny side up with eggs and remaining part will stay as same.
