Fat loss is expected more in aggressive way but is it sustainable?

Fat Loss Expectancy:

In the previous article, I already explained what the aggressive way and the enjoyable way of losing fat are. Now let me set our expectations out of it.

Aggressive way:

As you know, in the aggressive way, you will be limiting your food intake only to a healthy diet, strictly following the TDEE target, and cannot eat junk and party food at all. So the impact on weight loss is higher. If you have a large body fat already, you may lose 3-5 kg of your weight. And if you can follow this way for around 6 months, you may end up losing 18-30 kg of your weight. Sounds amazing? Let me show you the drawback. After finishing 6 months, what will happen? Your craving for food will be sky high, and your motivation for healthy food will start to decline. Every day you may end up with lots and lots of junk and high-calorie food. The end result will be simple: you will again gain weight. In general, if you follow the aggressive way, people regain more weight than where they even started.

Enjoyable way:

In the enjoyable way, I mentioned already that you may consume 30% of calorie intake from junk food. So you can enjoy party time with friends and family. You may end up overeating one or two days. You won't feel any hunger as you are taking a good amount of food every day.

Well, the downside of this way is, the result of weight loss is lower than what you observe in the aggressive way. But it's not that low. Just ensure that you lose at least 2 kg/month. So it will be around 12 kg for a 6-month duration. You will not feel deep hunger for food even after 6 months of this exercise as there is not a big cut to your daily life.

You can choose any of these ways that suit you. But if you want to know which one worked for me? Obviously, the enjoyable way worked for me.
