Fruit-Oat meal for breakfast:

I like sweet foods. And I found this as one of the easiest meal to prepare and tastes superb. I have it 2-3 times a week.

Ingredients:

Oatmeal [50gms]

Available fruit (Apple, banana, kiwi, mango or choose any sweet fruit you like)

Cow Milk [250ml]

Walnuts+Almonds [1oz]

Cinnamon Powder [1 Teaspoon]

Preparing:

Well, preparing this is very simple. Just mix all of them in a cup, and keep overnight at refrigerator. Next morning its ready to eat for breakfast. You can also make this meal 2 days at a go if you are super busy. You may add honey a bit if you want more sweet.

Food value:

Typically this meal will give you around 625 calories. If you think this is too much calory for a single meal, you may exclude nuts and this meal will be ~450 cal level.
