Managing Cravings for Food:

Let me start with my story. As you know, I was obese for a long time. When I understood the impact of calories on me, I tried to understand where my food calories were coming from. No surprise, a big part of this was coming from fast food and fried food that is full of calories within a very small portion of food. And I was always overeating all of those foods. Also, I was attending a lot of parties during weekends. If my story is similar to yours and if you are also concerned about gaining weight, let me show you how I solved the issue. This issue can be solved in 2 ways: Aggressive way Enjoyable way

Aggressive way:

In this way, you need to leave all the junk and fried food. But let me ask you a few questions. Are you that motivated to sacrifice all the types of foods that you used to take? Can you really overcome craving for a nice juicy burger at a party full of friends? Can you really skip relaxing parties with friends and family without having nice and tasty food?

I won't lie to you. I could not do this. When I meet with friends and family members and everyone is having amazing tasty (also full of junk, lol) food, I cannot resist myself. If I resist, it will cause so much pressure on me mentally that it made me demotivated. For most of you, it approach may fail as well.

Enjoyable way:

Well, this is a dream way you can imagine. You can enjoy food at parties and still lose weight. You may think I am making fun of the diet process. Yes, I am making fun and including it in your lifestyle. Let me explain how.

Through other articles, you already know what your TDEE is and what your target calorie level is each day. So, if you can limit yourself to 30% of the total targeted calories you can have from junk and/or tasty party food, trust me, you can still lose fat from your body. Yes, you heard me right. When I practiced this, I enjoyed every party I attended and at the same time, I lost fat every day. Another way is you can make a weekly calorie intake, select junk food, and set a fat burn target. Fat is just the difference between your calorie intake and the calories used by your body.
