The biggest problem I faced during calorie-focused eating was measuring the amount of food. If you are preparing food at home, you may buy a food weigher. You can find it from any online store. This will keep you focused. When you become used to seeing the amount of food you should take, you can guess the amount of food when you are having a meal at restaurants. On top of everything, keep track of your fat loss rate. If you are not losing fat, you need to focus on your daily routine and meal plan. And if you are losing too fast, you should look at the amount of food you are taking, which may need to increase if required. Let's enjoy this journey.

I am giving you a sample chart for amount, calories, and nutrients. I personally don’t like extreme no-carb diets because they did not work for me. You can balance your way, but make sure you are having some carbohydrates, some protein, and some fat. Make sure you consume targeted calories every day. Make a plan for each meal of the day so you know how many calories you are consuming each time.
