Lets discuss about easy to make and keep healthy snack at home. Just don't stay hungry

Healthy snacks at home:

In other article, “Snacks between the meals at workplace”, I mentioned some of the snacks that you can keep at your workplace. This article is an extended version of that one. Snacks suitable for workplace is also suitable. On top, I want to add some additional options you may think of while at home.

  • Yogurt with almonds

  • Fresh salad

  • 1 boiled egg and walnut

  • Carrot

  • Strawberry with low fat ice-cream

  • Fried egg with toasted bread

While making all these, you need to just ensure below conditions:

  • Within 150 calories.

  • Tasty.

  • Locally available and affordable.

  • Chemically unaltered (for example, chips or cookies should be excluded).

  • No fried (fried chicken, nuggets etc)

  • No snack with trans-fat
