Vegetable-cheese-omelet with bread for breakfast:

If I want to have a lavish breakfast, this is my favorite. This is super easy cooking but I only do if I have time to clean dishes (lol)

Ingredients:

2 slice of bread

Cooking oil

1/3 cup steamed vegetable

2 tbsp shredded cheese

Salt as required.

Preparing:

Before preparing this, I need to have some steamed vegetables ready to use

I use non-sticky pan so I can use less amount of oil. I heat the pan and keep at medium temperature

Pour blended egg in pan and keep it till no visible liquid egg is remaining.

Add vegetables, cheese on the omelet and wait till cheese little melted. Then just fold the egg and eat with bread

Use salt as required

This entire preparation will take maximum 5 minutes.
