Walk to Solve Fat Issues:

You may already know a bit about me. I was obese for a long time, working a desk job for decades, and suffering from excessive fat. When I started to incorporate exercise into my life, I sought something easy to do that wouldn't interfere with my other responsibilities. That's when I discovered walking, a great starter pack.

I developed a simple habit of integrating walking into my daily routine. Every 25 minutes of desk work, I walk for 5 minutes around the desk or engage in conversation with my colleagues. I found that I had some great ideas following this approach. Curious if it was due to my new habit or if I was becoming more creative, I did some research. It turns out, the human brain becomes more active when walking compared to sitting. So, working on fat burning eventually made me more creative.

In addition to boosting creativity, this new habit significantly reduced my back pain. The movement of my body made all my muscles more active and stronger. Plus, my eyes became less dry as I wasn't staring at a computer screen for hours without breaks.

Later, I realized that I could multitask while walking. I could talk with friends and relatives, check social media, listen to music, and even ponder critical work-related issues. I didn't need to purchase anything extra or join a gym for this exercise.

While walking may sound mundane to some, it's the best exercise to introduce to any age group for free. You don't need to allocate extra time for this exercise, as you can always multitask.
