What went wrong

Like everyone, I have made, make, and will continue to make mistakes. I don’t have a time machine to fix historical mistakes or improve anything over there. But sometimes, I try to review my past works and improve something within myself so that future events or actions will be better, at least from my perspective.

Like you may be, I tried to discuss with a nutritionist and attempted to reduce my body fat. Eventually, it failed for me. Actually, they were too tough on me, and I could not see the expected results. My weight reduction followed a pattern similar to the chart below. My physical and mental energy levels reduced significantly, and eventually, I stopped following their suggestions. As a result, weight (or I would say beloved fat) kept coming back.

If this graph looks familiar, don’t be shy to admit it to yourself. You are not the only one who has faced this issue. Actually, this is the biggest issue or barrier I found for myself during weight-reducing exercises.

Eventually, I hit the 110Kg mark, and I decided to study and check any mistakes I made while following previous strategy experts. And soon, I discovered the hidden issue. On top of putting too much pressure on me, my body was in shock from too little food. It was shutting down energy production, making me weak, reducing my muscles rather than burning fat.

Another key issue I discovered was that I was trying to fit into the nutritionist's strategy. It's like buying a ready-made shirt and trying to fit into it. But I know myself far better than them. So rather than fitting myself into their strategy, I tailored my strategy to fit into my lifestyle.

As soon as I identified the issue, I was able to adjust my strategy. In the next section, I will share the strategy that worked for me, and I really hope it works for you too.
