Which Level of Fat Should We Target:
I am not a doctor, and I don’t sound like an expert. Rather, I would like to sound like someone like you, who is having issues with body fat and wants to learn about it before working on it.
If you consider density type, body fat is much fluffier compared to muscle. Here, I assume you are following an exact amount of diet, so you are not losing or gaining any muscle, only changing your body fat. When you lose body fat, you will immediately see the total volume of your body decreasing. And which area will you observe the most? It's your belly area and also your chin. Your belly will reduce, and your chin will become more triangular and slim. And when you are gaining fat, you will see the opposite action: your belly will immediately increase, and your chin will be rounder.
Many of you have seen bodybuilder photos at the gym, seen movie stars, and models. Do you have a passion to become like that? Well, I don’t see myself over there, and my writing is not for those who want to be like them. You may contact some professionals for daily routines and engagement to become like them. My target here is only to make you look good.
For males, bodybuilder type body fat is just 4-6%, and for most movie stars, this is 7-9%. But when we are talking about the generic healthy, best-looking version of you, you don’t need to go to that level actually. Statistically, you will look best with 17-20% body fat. At this level, you will have a flat tummy with a hint of a 6-pack, not totally prominent, and also your face will look attractive. For women, this level is slightly higher, below 30%.
One last thing I must add at the end: It's your body, and you are investing your time so far, so I assume you want to improve how you look to yourself. One of the best ways to do it is to remove your shirt and stand in front of the mirror. If you want to reduce fat more and look beautiful, this site is perfect for you.
